Not one frail kid out there 💯. Alot of what separates the average high school players from the elite one’s is the training off the field. Have you programmed your mind to love the lifting, diet, sleep, and mobility portion of the training? Or do you only take some swings and ground balls and call it a day? Thats all good, just don’t be frustrated when your peers who do lock in are hitting pull side jimmy’s and throwing flamin’ hot cheetos in Petco Park kiddddd. STAY BEHIND THE BASEBALL ⚾️. This equates to more pop 💥 but even more importantly it leads to better VISION and RECOGNITION. When your properly staying behind the ball, your BODY and HEAD do not leak forward and are more grounded and stationary allowing your eyes to read the pitch at a high level 💯. Who else in the show stays behind the ball at an ELITE level?These beasts were definitely in my top 5. Comment ⬇️.

Its been an honor to play and coach in Italy this winter.

SAN DIEGO 🌴 YOUTH CLINIC 🚨- was an absolute BLAST.
Pairing with your brother to help the community and add growth to young ballers was excellent.
🥶 FROSTY/ BIG DAWG BASEBALL collaborated for 2.5 hours to go over :

@char11e_v 13U ball player from Ga. with tremendous work ethic and focus. He’s just an all around great young man. He was out visiting Cali 🌴so he stopped it for a crispy 2 hour tune up 🏎️💨. Charlie and I have agreat relationship where we talk about our love for God, baseball and life. He is a joy to work woth and has a very bright future 💫 on and off the field! Keep being you Charlie!!
