Jacksonville Marathon 2025 // Proud to have ended the year with an official marathon under my belt. This has been a year spent establishing a baseline of who I want to be as a person. Running has become a foundational part of my journey. Thank you to my Dad, Uncle Larry, and wonderful girlfriend, Haley, for the support. Also a big thank you to everyone who’s followed along this year. See y’all in 2026 🤠🤠 #stayhard #running #firstmarathon #jacksonvillemarathon2025 #sobriety by @frozeneells

Happy New Year! Set goals that intimidate you. It’s not always peaches and cream. Sometimes you fall off the grind and start backsliding into comfortability. The key decision is whether or not you’ll lock back in or continue to let yourself get in the way of who and what you want to accomplish. Be kind to yourself and take those extra rest days, but be ready to get back on the grind and continue to prove to yourself that you can do anything. by @frozeneells
