The website Sprint is literally so perfect if you’ve been putting your website on the back burner for way too long.

Austin approached me a couple of weeks ago because he was ready to position themselves amongst the experts in his field. He had started to build out his own website, but after a couple days of feeling frustrated, realize that that was not the best investment of his time. rather than learning a completely new skill, he decided to let an expert take over. This was such a fun Website Sprint.

When Austin came to me he was ready to become the obvious choice for his clients.

Two years ago when he decided to go all in on his coaching business, he was expecting growth to happen much quicker than it actually did. In the midst of his frustrations he realized that if he truly wanted to go pro, he needed to position himself as the expert. His online presence was the first thing that needed an upgrade. So that he could easily fit amongst the competitors in his field.

On our first call we realized there was some tweaks he needed to make to his offer suite. Once those were dialed in our website Sprint began.

We started on Monday morning and the following Monday his site was ready for his big launch.

Every business reaches a season where what once worked stops being enough.

Don’t get frustrated when this happens. There’s a golden opportunity at hand.

It usually shows up between year 2 and year 5 of business. Not because something’s broken, but because you’ve outgrown the foundation you started with.

I like to call this the Season of Refinement. (See it as your Esther year in business) it’s the season where God reshapes what you’ve built into what it was always meant to become.

If you seize the opportunity at hand then this is where you lay the foundation for the next five years, not just the next five months.

When I meet clients who are in this season we tackle it by using the CSS method. Clarify. Simplify. Strategize.

If this is where you find yourself. Clarify who you’re for, what you do, where you’re going, what makes you unique. Then simplify your offer structure and your messaging. And finally create a strategy that is simple to understand, easy to communicate.

My imagination took over during a walk around the neighborhood, there is such an abundance of fruits and veggies going to waste and I couldn’t help but dream of a neighborhood farm stand run by the kids that live here.

Can you imagine the lessons on entrepreneurship it could put on a child’s heart? Crafting things and selling them, getting together to create magazines, have clay-dates etc.

The branding is fun, the animations lively, and the overall concept to expand the farm stands circle of influence beyond their neighborhood.

Today is day 3/30 of creating a template shop and
this first Fruitful Hands website template will not only be fully customizable, as well as fully functional for the creatives out there, the flower farmers, digital product vendors, basically anyone that wants to sell their goods online. by @fruitfulhands.co
