Final Score: 18.5/20

Overhead Squat – 3.5/5

* Good overall mobility and movement quality.
* Minor compensations prevented a perfect score.

10 Reactive Jumps – 5/5

* My 5/5 benchmark: Average RSI > 3.0
* Yvan: 3.60

Countermovement Jump – 5/5

* My 5/5 benchmark: Jump height > 65 cm
* Yvan: 86.8 cm

These are the performance benchmarks I use to assess the key physical qualities required for figure skating. They are my coaching benchmarks and are designed to evaluate mobility, reactive strength, and lower-body power.

Would you pass these tests?
