GC50 Half Marathon on Sunday completed w. @manda.onthe.move and an awesome group of friends running alongside and supporting!

Very minimal prep for this one but both managed to come away with PB's and enjoyed the whole race! taken in Coolangatta, Gold Coast, Queensland by @fryters

HYROX Mixed Doubles, round 3, 8th in AG, 41st overall, and Top 4.3%

Locked in for 12 weeks are got ourselves a 3 minute PB. Lessons were learned, teamwork was strengthened, and smiles were had.

Vancouver Hyrox 2025

Doing hard things together not only makes us mentally and physically stronger as individuals but as a team. We can’t wait to take on more challenges together in 2026.

This was a hard race, holiday mode already activated, not the most ideal prep. 5 seconds off our Sydney Hyrox race, faster runs but slower stations (other than ski erg + burpees) we’ll get a PB for our next one🤍

1.04.22 for our first ever HYROX!

We loved every second racing together in the Sydney mixed doubles. The event was the reward for all the hard training sessions, earning us an overall ranking of 68 out of 1717 teams and 25th in our age group. We placed in the top 1% for our sled pull, farmers carry, and walking lunges.

Our shared love for exercise and each other made for an unforgettable experience full of laughter, grit, & ear-to-ear smiles. Will be chasing this high til the next👀

Big shout out to @chelsearib for your programming, tips and guidance leading up to race day, as well as your support and encouragement during!

GC30 21.1km
Huge appreciation to @benefitrecovery for the tickets into yesterday's race! Being my first half marathon the goal was initially just to finish under 2hrs
Fuelled well and felt great on the morning and managed to hold onto sub 5min/km pace for the entire distance!

Still finished behind @manda.onthe.move holding onto her title of the better runner in the relationship 👸 taken in GC30 Main Beach by @fryters
