At SHOT Show, Franz Barta demonstrated how they use a TYKMA Minilase LBL with a 20W MOPA fiber laser to permanently mark variable data into heat transfer labels for industrial textiles. 📚 Big thanks to the educators from Shawnee State University for visiting TYKMA Electrox! We had the pleasure of hosting a group of teachers eager to learn how our laser marking systems are built, tested, and supported. From in-house PLC panel assembly to advanced laser applications in our lab, they got an inside look at what makes our systems world-class. Our Special Projects Coordinator, Steve Phillips, led the tour and answered thoughtful questions about real-world skills students need to succeed in the manufacturing and automation industries. To cap off the visit, each guest received a custom laser-engraved tumbler featuring their name and the Shawnee State mascot.
