KROSS 100 A couple weeks ago I realized I was almost at 100 posts. I’m not really one for milestones but this one is pretty cool to me. Kross 100 is the culmination of everything I’ve learned since I began posting in December, before this page was even an idea. I wanted to celebrate my journey and shout out every one of those who boosted me up along the way. Had a lot of fun making this one for my recent COTB entry. For those that didn’t know, I tried my best to recreate Jason Dill’s Skate 1 pro intro (flipped because of stance and I added an extra clip in the final version for the grip tape). Thinking back, this is easily the most iconic intro for me, if only for the song alone, as I’m sure is the case with some of you too. I was limited to Brickswich so I tried my best to find similar spots. Thinking of doing more but the thought of searching through the entire map to find spots is a little daunting, so we’ll see lol. SYLVIA // Here’s the GtL part from my Kross100 video. This is probably the least amount of skating I’ve ever put in a video yet it’s one of my favorite ones I’ve ever made. Not only am I pleased with the final product, but the process was fun as hell. LOOSIES // After playing this game since August, the spot fatigue is real. I often find myself hopping on and cruising around just to feel like I’ve already skated and filmed in every section of the map (which probably isn’t true at all). For the loosies, I started off by sticking to one area, and eventually I decided to focus on just one obstacle. Not only has this lifted some of the pressure off of me when finding spots to film at, but also brought me back to the 360 days where I’d take a few hits of the devil’s lettuce, spend hours listening to music and seshing the same spot for a couple of hours on skate 1,2,3 without worrying about filming a second of footy. If anyone’s feeling how I am, try this out and never forget why you even started making content in the first place, not for likes or comments or views, but for YOU. 💪🏽 #easkate #skatereels #skateclips #skategameplay #fakeskate by @fs.kross
