1 hour of work in 56 seconds ⏱️

Mesaure the hem allowance wanted, mark and cut straight, serge the raw edge, fold and pin in place, tailors knot to catch stitch to tailors knot. 🪢 Press with iron.

Ep. 1 Shank Buttons and how to sew them on 🧵🪡

You can sew the buttons on with double thread instead of single thread. Double thread is best on thicker materials. And if it’s your first time sewing, yes it will tangle easier, so don’t fret!

Make 3-4 or 6-8 passes through the button shank and fabric.

Secure with tailor knots 🪢
