ESSENTIAL LISTENING - What will be No. 1?

Listen to the full top 40 on Global Soul on @mixcloud

It is that time of year again when our very own new music guru @fsoulman gets to choose his favs of the year....2025.

He works tirelessly sifting through several thousand new releases every year to compile the @globalsoulchart every week. Researching the popularity of each track with tastemakers and on streaming platforms. The chart reflects the hottest tracks in that week. The definitive Soul Chart. So it is safe to say he know ball!

Here he gets to apply his impeccable taste rather than simply popularity. So although many have gone on to be widely recognised with impressive streaming stats since first played on Global Soul as a new release, many have sadly been overlooked. So you are bound to find some serious hidden gems you may have missed in 2025. Did you favs make the cut?

It is safe to say either way 2025 was a wonderful year for new music, Soul, Neo Soul, R&B, Indie Soul, Nu Jazz, Alternative R&B, Future Soul...

New music discovery starts here....Global Soul....Enjoy!
