The College of Nursing will be offering a DNP in Executive Health Systems Leadership (EHSL) beginning Fall 2022. The DNP in EHSL has been developed specifically to disseminate knowledge of the inner workings of health care systems, helping nurses advance their careers in administration and leadership through achieving learning outcomes involving human resources, finance, governance, and policy advocacy.

The EHSL program will be completely online, allowing flexibility for working students. Plan of study will be part-time; 7 semesters; 43-47 credit hours. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited university or college with a Master’s degree in Nursing or hold a BSN and a Master’s degree in a relevant field; have an active RN license; a minimum graduate school GPA of 3.2 and have a minimum two years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.

Congratulations to Sophia Khawly (‘11) on being named one of the FSU Alumni Association’s 2021 Notable Noles! She is being recognized for her significant contributions to the nursing profession and health care community.
