As a writer, crawling your way out of a rut, and jumpstarting your writing brain to do what it does best IS A BEAST.

A beast we tackled together last Saturday, where 10 of us spent three hours surrounded by words, cakes, cheeses and sandwiches (and more), emptied out pens with random prompts and IMMACULATE creative energy.

Finding spaces to share your work, receive feedback and learn the ways of other writers is never an easy task, but we suppose, after last weekend, it’s safe to say, THE RUT WAS SUCCESSFULLY F*CKED!

Until next time 🌺🌻

PS: If you are looking for spaces to write together, or know someone who is, follow this space for more!

If we had a sentence or a word even, from every time we felt stuck with our words, we would have a whole ass book by now.

So if you’ve been in a writing rut, this is for you!! Two hours of stimulating creative exercises followed by a writing sprint, you’ll be in a comfy homey environment with homecooked food and people who love to write. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE and we close at 10 people to make it an intimate and constructive space.

@smrithiikrishnan and I are doing this because it’s the olive branch our writing needs. DM for more details
