Our self defense focused jiu jitsu classes focus on sweeps, escapes, and submissions the prioritize ending the fight or opening up space to run.

There are plenty of BJJ schools focused on competition. We want to bring Jiu jitsu to those who want to learn a new skill,l that can keep them safe, and go to work the next day in one piece.

For the hobbyists, the self defense focused, and law enforcement.

There are so many coaches and staff members that work behind the scenes (and in front) to help build the community here and afar.

From weekly classes to last minute covers, coaches and staff often sacrifice time with their family and their training time to help build and support others.

Started without the sun this morning with the JCSU Track & Field Athletes 👊

They had already put in an hour on the track then spent an hour learning striking, wrestling, and self defense with the @ftfclt coaches 🙌

This is where team building meets functional training and this group was here for it 💪
