Been a bit quiet for a while now because I realised how Instagram almost made me reliant and dependent on instant gratification and approval. Every time I would post my art on here, I was looking for that ‘like’ or ‘positive comment’ which I found very toxic. At the same time I did want to share my love for drawing and photography. I don’t get to do this as much during my full time job and I miss being creative…. But here goes - a 30 min illustration of my friend’s extremely cute lab Pablo in his green bathrobe. Promised myself I wouldn’t be looking for those likes or views - wish I could disable the feature 🙄 ( Instagram - maybe it’s time for a healthier upgrade ) by @ftjdesigns

It’s that time of the year where a layer of bright red and burnt orange create a perfect distraction for a grey and cold winter #glasgow #autumn #naturephotography by @ftjdesigns
