Part A doesn't give you one deductible a year. It gives you one per benefit period.

Hospital stay in February. You pay it.

Another one in July. You pay it again. Same year.

Nobody tells you this until the bill shows up.

48 hours out. Here's exactly what happens Wednesday, so nobody shows up guessing.

First 30 minutes - your reverse math. Applications you want, worked backward to conversations, to hours, to what comes off your calendar to make room. Your numbers, live.

Second 30 - the 90-day massive action plan. One page. Week one filled in before you leave.

Third 30 - your retention sequence. Your existing book, in order, with a script.

Last 30 - what actually changed for plan year 2027 and where your time should move because of it. Then open Q&A with all four of us.

VIP stays on after for a hot seat. Bring the specific problem and the four of us work it in front of everyone.

Two hours. No filler.

Here's a pattern worth noticing.

Ask an agent what their AEP plan is and you'll hear lead sources, ad spend, appointment volume, maybe a seminar. New business, top to bottom.

Ask that same agent what the plan is for the people they already serve, and you get a pause. Then: "I call them if something changes."

Both of those happen in the same 62 days. Only one of them gets a plan.

Wednesday at CRUSH AEP we spend real time on the second half - what order to call in, what you say in the first twenty seconds, who's actually at risk versus who just feels like it, and how to run it without eating the hours you need for new business.

Your existing book is the cheapest growth you'll get this year. Most agents don't touch it until January.

Quick one. Don't look anything up - answer from memory:

How many applications did you write last AEP?

Most agents land on a range. "Sixty? Maybe seventy."

That range is the whole problem, and it isn't a memory problem. If the number is fuzzy, the conversations that produced it are fuzzy, which means the hours are fuzzy, which means your plan for this AEP is "work hard and hope it beats last year."

That's not a plan. That's a mood.

The first thirty minutes of CRUSH AEP on September 23 is the four of us walking you backward through it, live, on your numbers: applications you want, conversations per app, hours those take, and what comes off the calendar to make room.

Plan G or Plan N? 🤔

They’re both Medicare Supplement options, but the way you pay for your healthcare can look very different.

**Plan G:** Higher monthly premium, with very little out-of-pocket to think about after the Part B deductible.

**Plan N:** Typically lower premiums, but you may have office and emergency-room copays, plus the Part B deductible. Plan N also does not cover Part B excess charges.

The important part? There’s no single “best” Medicare Supplement for everyone. It comes down to your healthcare needs, budget, and how you prefer to manage your costs.
