POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This is where the "wow" lives --- the finished result that makes every grain of sawdust worthwhile. Custom multi-panel hardwood bifold doors: seamless joinery, perfect reveals, hardware that feels substantial. Every cut, every edge, every hinge done in-house by our joinery team. Two sets of doors in two locations. The first in solid Apamat in a clear satin finish and the other in solid Cedar in a clear satin finish.

Want to run your hand over the finish or see how the doors align? We have detail photos of everything. Just ask on WhatsApp. 👇

From a past client — with permission:
"We started FT SOTN because when we built our family home, we couldn't find builders who delivered modern design and finishes in Trinidad — everything was traditional. So we built the company that does exactly that."
This is the kind of authentic story we love building (screenshot from our website ftsotn.com). It keeps us focused on why we started.

Now — which finish would you pick for your kitchen?
🏠 Modern: clean lines, flat doors, minimal trim
🏡 Traditional: moldings, panels, classic details
Comment your preference — we'll highlight the strongest one in our next Founder story.

This is what separates a clean custom finish from a standard one — the details.

Custom multi-panel hard wood bifold doors: perfect hinges, clean lines, high end finish. Hardware: brass finish hinges, brass ball catch latch with its matching strike plate— custom choices.

Every piece cut, edged, drilled, assembled in-house. These aren't off-the-shelf. They're made for this space.
The best part? No subcontractors to pass blame when something goes wrong. One team, one point of accountability.
These doors are almost done.
What's the vision for your space? Let us know on WhatsApp. 👇

We built our family home and could hardly find anybody in Trinidad doing modern design and finishes over ten years ago. Everything was traditional. Nice work — but not what we wanted.

So we started FT SOTN. To build the kind of homes we wanted to live in and couldn't readily find at the time.

That's still the whole point today. Modern design, built properly, one company from start to finish. Construction and joinery under one roof, so nobody can pass the buck to somebody else.

We're not the biggest. But we answer the phone, and we stand behind our work.

Planning a build? Let's talk about what you want. 👇

Nobody shows you this part — the rough work, the dust, the weeks of invisible progress.

This is where a modern kitchen starts. Not with pretty photos. With this.

We’re [X — real number] weeks into this one, and it’s nowhere near done. But watch this space — the reveal is coming.

What’s your renovation question? Drop it below, we’ll answer honestly. 👇 https://wa.me/message/UZOBXW7ORWLQC1 or 18687404648

This is where the "wow" in a modern kitchen actually gets built — our joinery shop.

Cut, edged, drilled, finished. By our team, on our machines. Not bought off a shelf, not subbed out — made here.

And the shop doesn't stop for rain season. Neither does the work.

A cabinet made in-house means somebody's eye is on it at every step. That's the difference you feel when you open a drawer ten years from now.

Want to see a piece up close? Message us, we'll show you more. 👇

It’s definitely apartment season in the shop right now 👷🏽‍♂️✨
We’re wrapping up three apartment projects at the moment — and they’re all coming together beautifully!
Here’s a glimpse of the raw action in the shop and one of our current builds on Rajnauth Street, Diego Martin — a fantastic four-apartment building featuring our modern, sleek kitchens, closets, and bathroom vanities.
Four amazing spaces in a prime location — each one crafted with care and attention to detail.

✨ Small, Chic & Custom ✨
Sometimes a little setback brings the perfect opportunity for a fresh look! 💧 After some unexpected water damage, we designed and installed this cost-effective, custom vanity for one of the lovely homes at Champs Élysées, Maraval.
Tailored to fit the space beautifully, this vanity brings modern style, smart storage, and a touch of luxury — proof that even small upgrades can make a big difference.
Always a pleasure working with delightful clients who appreciate quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design. 🤍

🏘️ Mt. Lambert Apartments
We're putting the final touches on this beautiful development with our SR Construction team, and the response has been incredible — these units are filling up fast!

From concept to completion, we’re proud of how everything came together. Modern finishes, thoughtful design, and a location perfectly positioned on the east west corridor — no wonder the new tenants are loving it!

Here are a few highlight shots from the project. Stay tuned for a deeper dive into each phase of this build — from foundation to finish.

A Custom Table for a Creative Powerhouse 🎨🪵
It was an absolute pleasure crafting this custom work table for one of our favorite designers (and my favorite cousin 😉), the ever-talented @_mariecollette_
Built with care, designed with intention—and judging by her reaction, we think she loves it. 💛
Can’t wait to see what magic she creates on this beauty.
P.S We also did that stunning closet in the space as well but more about that later 😉
