10 more neurodivergent musicians you need to check out 🎵

Some artists have spoken about being neurodivergent without going into too much detail, which is why I’ve used the umbrella term for some of them!

I always find it interesting discovering that musicians I admire are neurodivergent in some way because there is such limited positive representation of neurodivergent people so I always love finding out when my favourite musicians are a little bit like me ☺️

8 Things I Learnt in 2025, as a neurodivergent 20 year old with chronic fatigue…

Like most years, 2025 was full of change and new experiences (some less welcome than others), but these are eight of the main lessons | learnt across the last 12 months:

1. I don’t have to do things the “normal” way
2. Iam allowed to take the space that I need
3. It’s okay to need extra support (literally)
4. 1 am capable of more than I realise - but I can’t do everything
5. The importance of pacing
6. Meeting new people doesn’t have to be scary
7. Spending time on the things I enjoy is ALWAYS worth it
8. Unexpected change can lead to wonderful surprises

I used to strongly dislike new year because it meant that change was inevitable, but in the past few years l’ve begun to view it as an opportunity to reflect on how I’ve grown as a person, and since then it’s become slightly more pleasant.

I am proud of myself for the growing I did in 2025 and you should be proud of yourselves too.

Here’s to 2026 🫶

I recently went to Slovenia (by myself) and while I was away I decided to curate a list of the things I was doing which helped me to ensure I was able to enjoy my trip, while still prioritising my health, in the hopes that this list may help others 🤍

The last slide is a bullet point list if you don’t want to read my waffle ✨

As I say throughout this post, there is no one
“correct” way to travel, and solo travel is not for everyone. I have spent a long time learning about my body and my limits to get to a point where I can confidently go abroad by myself.

I would like to preface this post by acknowledging the privilege that allows me to travel like this in the first place. I am incredibly grateful to be in a position, both financially and otherwise, where I can choose to travel in a way that is comfortable
for me.
