Some of you found me in the early mornings…the discipline, the before & afters.

And maybe you’re in a season like that right now.

Or maybe you’re in a different one.

I’m not the same person -and I’m really proud of that.

That version of me built everything I live today.

It wasn’t just about changing my body… it was learning how to show up— on the days I didn’t feel like it, when no one was watching, when it would’ve been easier to quit.
That didn’t end… it expanded.

Now it looks like this—open roads, Jeep days, quiet moments.

Same foundation. Different expression.

You don’t lose who you were… you grow into something more.

And you get to carry that with you 🧡

Freedom Friday 🚙🌬️
Caught this moment on the overpass today…
and later, an eagle over the pond.
Felt like one of those quiet reminders to look up more. 🦅
The wind was cold, the world was loud…
but inside the ride, it was just still.
Doesn’t matter if the windows are up or the panels are off—
that kind of silence travels with you.

My dad taught me that a vehicle could carry a little of your personality.

I didn’t realize how much until I looked back at LadyBeast.

The lion on the hood reminded me of my Cheyenna banana.

The Jeep itself represented a season where I was discovering my own strength.

The red, white, and blue lights?

Those came from watching my dad add lights to his Chevys for years.

At the time, they just felt like modifications.

Now I realize they were memories I carried with me.

Funny how the little things we grow up around become part of the stories we tell.

When I was younger, I thought happiness always lived in the next thing.

The next purchase.
The next accomplishment.
The next milestone.

For a while, it felt exciting...

until I realized that excitement always faded.

I still get excited about a new Jeep part...

a trip I’ve been looking forward to...

or finally checking something off my list.

The difference is...
I don’t expect those things to carry the weight of making me feel whole anymore.

Now they add to a life I’m already learning to appreciate.

And somehow... that’s made them even more enjoyable.

😂I wanted to see what all the Jeep girls’ hood photos were about...

So l set up my phone, climbed onto my Jeep, and discovered two things:

1. “The view is pretty awesome.”
2. “Getting back down is the real adventure.”🤦🏽‍♀️😃

I was completely alone, which means this probably wasn’t my brightest idea.

But hey... sometimes a different perspective comes with a little risk.

Every mountain reminds me of the same thing.

Life always looks different when you climb a little higher.

Problems don’t always disappear...

But perspective has a funny way of changing them.

Maybe that’s why I keep taking the scenic route.

Today was a new adventure.✈️

I spent more time worrying about the drive there than the actual filming.🎬

Once I got there, the people were wonderful.

I forgot part of my line.
Remembered it.
Forgot it again.

Then someone smiled and said,
“Just do you.”

Funny how everything got easier after that.

Turns out I remember my own stories a whole lot better than a script.

I’m grateful for the experience... and for the reminder that sometimes being yourself really is enough.

Some people see scratches.
I see places we’ve been.

Some people see worn wheels.
I see years of adventures still rolling with us.

Some parts came from another Jeep.
The memories came too.

Maybe that’s why I have such a hard time calling them imperfections.

To me... they’re proof we didn’t leave our Jeep sitting in the garage.

I used to think people built Jeeps to make them look different.

Now I think we build them because every change tells part of our story.

The bumper.
The wheels.
The lights.
The scratches.

We finally took the bumper off this weekend.
I figured we’d find a little rust.
We found a lot more than we expected.
The pressure washer peeled paint off like it had been waiting years to let go.
I brought the bumper inside because the weather wasn’t cooperating, grabbed some sandpaper, and got to work.
There’s still plenty left to do. I’ll probably pick up some rust converter instead of trying to chase every last spot down to bare metal.
But honestly...
I’m just glad we looked.
It was worse than we thought.
Which means it was also more important than we realized.
