Never not good to have a play, the lesson of the day. Found myself booking a studio for the first time for the express reason to dance & search through experimentation. With a time limit, objective in mind & markers to hit, without pressure (interior & exterior). Feels like a valid piece of the puzzle & an indication of which direction my movement practise is going in. Thankyou B, for the push 🤌🥹⭐️ Xx
