About 8 years ago I studied with the most amazing life coaching academy @bycacademy .

I did a little life coaching though didn’t pursue it. Life had other plans. Four boys, mum mode and honestly still figuring out what I wanted to be when I grew up🤣

But what it gave me is something I carry into everything I do today.
Belief in myself.
And permission to follow my curious and creative heart wherever it leads me.

My children’s book, the flowers, my art, the modelling, showing up here.

A lot of it traces back to that tiny seed of belief planted 8 years ago.

I am so grateful to be celebrated by this beautiful community.

Today it’s all about being comfortable.

And bringing out the oldies but goodies from my wardrobe.

I am absolutely loving sharing my wardrobe even when it’s totally out of my comfort zone. I won’t tell you how many takes I do🫣.

What’s important is that I’m showing up perfectly imperfect and having fun.

That’s wildflower energy.

Starting my week with a little cardio and getting back into sprints.

I always end my workouts with stretches and a little breath work to help ground myself. It felt amazing touching the grass, hearing the birds sing.

I use the @jshealthapp for my workouts and I add a few other movements depending on how I am feeling.

For me movement is all about showing up for myself, listening to my body and mixing it up.

I needed to reset my wildflower energy this morning🌸.

So I called in Mother Nature to do her thing and I feel so much better for it.

I did a workout that I felt manageable not too intense lots of functional movements outside. Hearing the birds sing, the first bees of spring and butterflies flying around. It couldn’t be more perfect.

And then I walked around bare feet on the grass.

I feel grounded, connected to my body and my energy has shifted.

I feel we have forgotten the magic and wisdom that exists when we connect with nature. After-all we are nature.

This wildflower is ready for the new week.
