You might have finished GNR today and are planning never to run again. Or, maybe you’re already thinking about how you can improve next time. Your nutrition might be what’s holding you back.

Come and join us at the Full Circle Brewery on the 23rd September for the Fuel My Run workshop where you will build your own nutrition plan filled with the foods your enjoy.

Here’s what you can expect on the day.
6pm: 5k social run. No pressure, just for fun. You’ll recieve a nutritious post run snack when you return.
7pm: Nutrition Workshop. Learn about the foods you need to improve your running and build your own plan which you’ll actually follow.
