The boys are playing, the moms are loud, and everybody’s having a good time. 😂 We wouldn't want it any other way #FCBTX #FullCircleBasketballTX #YouthBasketball @hoophousetournaments taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @fullcirclebasketballtx

Coach still gotta hoop too.

A few buckets from the men’s run. Nothing complicated. Read the defense, get to your spots and make the right play. JUST THAT SIMPLE!

We're officially halfway through Summer Camp, and we're grateful for every athlete and family that's been part of the journey so far. Watching campers grow in confidence, build friendships, ask thoughtful questions, and embrace new challenges has made this summer incredibly rewarding. We're looking forward to making the most of these final three weeks together.

Halfway through camp. This is what it looked like.

We broke down film together.

We practiced being aware of our breathing.

We connected with new friends, even some visiting from out of state.

We competed in fun games.

We discussed basketball concepts in the classroom.

We did skill work with Coach Jeff everyday.

We also got tested at the end of every film session to make sure we understood the concept.

We engaged in reading drills.

Our camp assistant prepared a peaceful space to stretch and practice movement.

We respectfully debated plays and practiced positive sportsmanship.

We worked on balance and body control daily.

Coach Jeff taught us why before how.

We asked questions and found answers.

We also trained in small groups.

We reflected on the things we learned.

We played 3v2 and 2v1 drills.

We still have spaces available for the remaining weeks.

Available camp weeks:
July 13-17 | July 20-24 | July 27-31

What are athletes learning in here? Today's discussion focused on how movement creates advantages. We studied footwork, body positioning, and how players use movement to influence defenders before heading to the gym to put those ideas into practice.

This week, our athletes explored how balance, footwork, and decision making work together. We broke down film, took notes, studied some of the game's best footwork, and then got on the court to practice those ideas for ourselves. A few moments from Week 2.
