Practicing what I preach...Using Parmesano Reggiano rinds (from my freezer) to flavor my end of summer tomatoes to make a red sauce. Included in my garden accompaniments are basil, parsley and garlic. It smells really good in my kitchen!

Enjoying a gift from my friend David on his trip to Paris.
I gave him my wish list and he delivered!
I primarily asked for raw milk that's not available in the states. Valencay, Brie de Meaux, Pont l'Eveque (I think?), and a sheep milk cheese called Napoleon.
This is our dinner for tonight🧀🧀🧀 by @fullcirclecheese

We did it! It only took 18 months - we could have aged my favorite gouda in that time 🤪 we really only worked on in winter months. It's #modpodge ready. Made a huge push in January in get'er done.
It's humongous, not sure what we'll do with her, but I'm definitely not putting her back in the box!

Major Watson has more balls than most of us.
Thank you for standing up when others cannot!
(mostly because we have jobs and other commitments that do not afford us the opportunity). It's so important that we stand up for what we believe. Don't let history repeat itself!
(as the Butthole Surfers sang...)
We appreciate you more than you know.

I typically don't go political on my small, woman owned business...however, time is of the essence!
Please treat each other with love and kindness❤️
