POSTS STORIES REELS

Established in '86 🤘👽🛸💨

I can't believe it's been 40 trips around the sun. Forty years of lessons, laughter, heartbreak, growth, adventure, and memories I wouldn't trade for anything.
Today, I'm not mourning my age—I'm celebrating it. Every year brought me incredible friends, beautiful experiences, unforgettable stories, and most importantly, my amazing kids who make every chapter worth living.

Forty feels less like getting older and more like becoming exactly who I was meant to be ✨️☀️🌻

Grateful for the journey.
Grateful for the people.
Grateful for the growth.
Grateful for every sunrise that got me here.

Cheers to 40 years around the sun and all the magic still to come. ☀️✨🥂

20 years of friendship, laughter, memories, and somehow we still know how to have the best nights together 🤍 Thank you @livlove723 and @alannadebra27 for such an unforgettable evening — starting with amazing food at @sessionsbythebay.sd and ending the night screaming every lyric at the @machinegunkelly Lost Americana Tour 🎸🤘

There’s something so special about friendships that grow with you through every season of life. So thankful for you both and nights that remind me how lucky I am to have my girls for over two decades 💕🪽

Lately I’ve been sitting with myself more. No distractions, no noise—just honesty.

Self-reflection isn’t about picking yourself apart. It’s about noticing how far you’ve come, how much you’ve healed, and how aligned you’re becoming.

Today, I looked at myself and felt proud. Not because everything is perfect, but because I’m real, I’m growing, and I’m choosing peace more often than chaos.

There’s something powerful about being happy with who you see—knowing you’re doing your best, honoring your boundaries, and moving with intention.

Growth looks good on me 💅✨ #selfreflection by @fuller_than_ever

Gratitude post ✨🌊🌍

Today, I pause to give thanks to our blue ball planet—Mother Gaia—floating so perfectly in the vastness. Thank you for the ground beneath my feet, the salt in the air, the way your oceans remember everything, and still keep moving. Thank you for holding us through chaos and calm, for offering beauty even when we forget to look.
By the sea, I lift my heart to Sky Daddy—thank you for the endless blue above me, for the breath in my lungs, for the clouds that drift like reminders to soften, to trust, to release. Thank you for the sun that warms without asking, the wind that clears what’s stuck, and the vastness that makes my worries small and my spirit wide.

Sea below, sky above, earth within—
I am held.
I am guided.
I am grateful.

May I walk gently.
May I listen more deeply.
May my gratitude be an offering back to the living world that gives me everything. 🌎💙 by @fuller_than_ever

The reason we grind as parents is simple: to give our children a better life than the one we had, to open doors for them that we had to fight to find ourselves. Everything we do… every late night, every early morning, every sacrifice… it’s all for them.

Being able to gift my daughter a car for her birthday has been one of the most meaningful accomplishments of my life. Moments like this remind me why I push so hard — so she can start her journey with confidence, safety, and a little extra magic @iatemytoothh

Happy 17th Birthday to my beautiful Kayden May — We love you more than words @cg_n_b

And… surprise! 🎉🚗💖 by @fuller_than_ever

✨ 1234 days ALCOHOL FREE ✨️
A number that looks simple on the outside but holds years of rebuilding, choosing myself, and quietly fighting battles nobody could see.

It hasn’t been perfect. It hasn’t been pretty. But it has been worth it.

Every single one of those 1234 days represents a moment where I said “not today,” where I chose clarity over chaos, and where I learned—slowly, stubbornly, and with a lot of grace—that I deserve a life that doesn’t hurt.

Here’s to the growth I didn’t think I was capable of.
Here’s to the peace I fought like hell to earn.
Here’s to showing up for myself again tomorrow.

If you’re in the thick of it, keep going. You have no idea how strong you already are.

🎃👻 Double the trouble, double the fun! Even as twins, these two couldn’t be more different — one saving the day, the other… causing a little Halloween chaos. 🦸‍♂️🔪

Same genes, totally different vibes — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️

👻✨ Had the best spooky night out with my girls at Dark Harbor on the Queen Mary! 🖤 From creepy clowns to ghostly laughs, we screamed and we made memories that’ll haunt us (in the best way 😜). Love these moments with my daughters — nothing better than a little fright night fun with my favorite people. 🎃💀 #FamilyVibes #DarkHarbor #QueenMary #MomLife #SpookySeason by @fuller_than_ever

On 7/17 📅, I quietly celebrated three whole years without a single drop of alcohol.

Three years of clarity.
Three years of growth.
Three years of choosing myself — every single day.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the life I’ve built and the love, peace, and joy that have found their way to me since choosing sobriety. It hasn’t always been easy, but it has always been worth it.

I’m so proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m beyond thankful for the people, places, and purpose that keep me grounded and inspired. Life feels lighter, brighter, and more aligned — and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Here’s to healing, choosing peace, and showing up for the life I know I deserve. 💛✨
