Happy new week everyone! We're entering the 2024 'be on alert' zone of candy, pumpkin pie, and pound cake! 🤤 Below are my top three word tips for my decades long 108 pounds lost journey.

My name FULLMORE was true. I was full and still wanted more to eat. Now I see my name as FULL of Love and WANT MORE to share with you!

1) GETTING STARTED: Read a magazine article about a discussion Dr. Joyce Brothers, a famous psychologist in the eighties, was having with her sister, who was frustrated because she wanted to be an Attorney and felt dread at the four long years it would take for her to reach her goal. Dr. Brothers let her vent and then when totally done she said these words to her sister that changed my life: "Four years have to pass anyway, you may as well be an Attorney when they do!"

2) STAYING THE COURSE: I tried so many diets and fasting throughout the years but none were permanent. The only thing that works is calorie counting. Period. Math is the most perfect study we have on this planet and numbers do not lie. You can eat anything you want as long as you do not exceed your daily goal. Exercise is good for everyone but only calorie counting loses weight. DM me if you want me to send you my detailed plan to reach your goal. I just need to know your email address and your current and desired weight.

3) MAINTAINING: My sister told me to always wear fitted pants and not always stretchy ones, then you naturally stay aware of your body and what you put into it. My favorite Weight Watchers quote: "Nothing tastes as good as svelte feels!"

Happy eating, make good investments, don't exceed your count - just like your bank account 😂

PONDERING FOOD

I was pondering on this contest
What food inspires me the most
While I was sucking on a tootsie roll
It spread and I almost choked!

The moral of this story
Is the secret to why we get fat
We are eating what's in front of us
While thinking what comes next!

If not winter, then will you come to me in summer?
Oh, I forgot, in summer you are at-one-with nature and nowhere to be found.

If not winter, then will you come to me in spring?
Oh, my bad again, in spring the birds and geese are calling, hunting is all around.

If not winter, then will you come to me in the fall?
Oh, second thought, I might be missing myself when golden leaves fall softly to the ground.

It may as well be winter that you come to me when all is cold and still.
We can have hot tea and hold on and give each other chill thrills.
