What a delightful morning spent @roald_dahl yesterday. Getting up close and personal with Borris, Bean & Bunce. These beautifully made puppets from #fanasticmrfox were a treat to see in the flesh as was the gorgeous #nagshead set. Removing these little fellas off set was pretty straight forward, a little paint touch up and some careful heavy lifting , the case was back on and job done! Not a bad start to the week at all!

Thank you @yaminations and @roald_dahl we enjoyed the experience and the chance to see some beautiful office decor. Not to mention the treats and tea selection.

It was pretty special to be involved @yaminations with the set build of the Birmingham Alexandra stadium for the Birmingham Commonwealth games advert that is currently live on tv @bbc

We are proud as a team with our contribution to this advert and to be apart of something that is important and memorable to Birmingham and to the studio.

It was a pleasure to be involved with this and to work with the amazing #yamfam crew which is something I always feel so lucky to be able to do @yaminations .

Thank you to everyone involved who has made this opportunity and wonderful advert possible. @bbc @kodemedia @lobster_studio @backfacestudios @smokinghippo @super___freak

It’s is that time of the year getting all festive and cosy which brings me great delight to share “Our Hygge Day”. Something special I had the great pleasure to work on @yaminations for @disney.

It was such a treat to work on this paper craft project and experience all the different aspects of animation coming together to bring these beautiful paper puppets alive and in action!

Truly was such a joy and something I’m very proud and feel very lucky to have experienced and worked on. Thank you @yaminations and for the amazing team we had during production from start to finish. It really was a collective effort and amalgamation of skills from everyone working at various stages both remotely and in the studio. Truly all rounded efforts, amazing teamwork!

Big big Thank you @_eatmyroti @mandibelle8 @a.nnabella__ had the best time spending it with you all and jazzing about! ❤️

Making memories and cherishing time with people whom are dear never meant more, that’s the thing you learn as you get older, the privilege to be able to have another birthday when so many can’t and don’t and to be able to spend it in good company is a really beautiful and special thing.

Feeling very grateful, dreaming about the sea and thinking about that tub of ice cream , literally the MOST generous 2 scoop I’ve ever seen!

My fabric finally arrived last week! Hooray! Big thank you to @higgsandhiggs who amazingly resent my order again via courier due to long postal delays, you didn’t need to do that but you did and it was greatly appreciated so thank you. 🙏
There is so so much to be thankful for right now, I can’t even begin to say which might end up in another post or more likely a private note to myself.
But for now, I just wanted to share my excitement over soft cotton jersey. I know , it’s not cake but the joy factor has the same effect for me. These delightful prints are super cheery and a real mood lifter in my opinion. After a good wash and dry , I couldn’t wait to cut and sew into them. It took a little longer than I had expected with the hand sewing seam openings, back strap and buttons but all in all , pretty simple design. My first batch of headbands were finally made.
Theses are on their way to nurses at the AMU ward dealing with Covid patients at New Cross hospital. I hope theses bands will ease their ears a little from the daily excessive mask wear. Words can’t express enough how grateful I think we are to all our health care workers out there right now and to all the key workers, delivery services and to the many who are doing their best to keep things running during this lockdown.
Staying safe, staying healthy as much as possible, staying emotionally and mentally well , has never been more essential. Wishing everyone all of the above and a very good weekend ahead. Much much love to you all. ✨💕 :

Was wonderful being part of the @yaminations team on this The Joy of shopping commercial. 3 of 4 brilliant campaign by @zulily @maxon_house @kontentpartners executed by @nottoscalehq @biglittlelines @smokinghippo. Well done to everyone involved and the amazing crew @yaminations who helped make over 200 plus 1:7 scale of the props you see here. Amazing effort and wonderfully animated! A real joy to share this behind the scenes repost. Was such a pleasure to be apart of the amazing yam fam team on this @yaminations project for @Disney @starwars @hasbro toy commercial. To see full live action commercial check out @yaminations, the studio built various sets for the live action and brought to life the animated toy fight scenes. The force was certainly with us on this one along with plenty of chocolate buttons and tea supplies to keep us going! :
