Think it is time for a reintroduction so allow myself to introduce myself😂. I am no longer 32 and we now have 5 kids and I love what my most fun project to date has become with this amazing instagram account I have! I was a teacher and have a masters degree in literacy until I had twins during the second year of medical school for my husband

I love to bargain shop for affordable clothes and rent designer clothes

I try to make a full batch of challah every week and am becoming a bit of a challah lady

I have a whole list of mottos and my favorite is “you feel good when you do good”

My favorite mitzvah is hachnassat orchim and I love hosting in my home

I have so many creative interests I can never focus on just one

I love to get up early

I have a couple extra bones in my feet

I love doing flowers and have done three of my friends simchas

I love to share my challah

Traveling brings me the most joy exploring new places and I love to share details and tips

I meal plan every week and love a good list

I am running with Aish for the Worlds Zionist Congress- register to vote!

I am always looking to have fun and enjoy every day to the fullest

I enjoy cooking but not spending a ton of time in the kitchen so am all about simple and semi homemade but presented beautifully

I love to plan parties and simchas and hosted my Bar and Bat Mitzvahs in our backyard

I accept the challenges of motherhood and focus on the positives

Motherhood is hard and we can all use some resources and try to use my account for that

Purim is my favorite holiday and I love nothing more than making a fun diy costume

I have shared this life changing challah hack that makes challah making way more accessible for a busy schedule but was getting questions about it so wanted to really break it down for you! I didn’t mention in the reel but of course if you are making a 5 lb batch before braiding take the challah and make the blessing. @theblesseddough told me about it when I first started making challah every week and it really has changed the way I approach making challah each week without feeling overwhelmed by it. Took me some time to join the bandwagon but I am all in on Mah Jong now and my kids too! We were playing all the time and always leaving this card table out that I decided this was the perfect spot for a permanent card table and I LOVE our setup now!! We love playing all games and doing puzzles and now we have a dedicated spot for it that was wasted dead space really before. It has been something for someone for a while now and I have been waiting for a quiet day for myself. To do nothing with no one. Life is so fast paced and constant, it is so important to quiet it down every once in a while. Took a beautiful drive with the fall foliage headed to @wcpremoutlets for some of my favorite things- being outside, walking and shopping and lucked out with beautiful sunny day! I was happy for the quiet and to walk alone and eat my yogurt alone. It felt so refreshing and rejuvenating and I am so grateful to be able to do it and to get back to the busy beautiful life. I love to set a beautiful Shabbat table. I also believe a beautiful Shabbat table does not have to be expensive items and that it can be accessible for all. Comment TABLE and I will send you the links to as many items as I can- all from @amazon and @walmart. The tablecloth is @adornyourtable which I always order from. The green floral dinner plates were a @homesense_us find but can be purchased online at graciechinashop.com for $18 a piece. They go in the dishwasher and are beautiful affordable porcelain dishes. The vases are from @amazon and simply putting different flowers in each vase creates a beautiful but couldn’t be easier floral arrangement. I got my flowers from @juliosfruit which always has beautiful flowers locally. by @fun.in.the.bc

Pulled together a last minute birthday party right after the holidays with this cute DIY at home cupcake decorating party

Cupcakes and bows always make for a good theme- last minute paper goods from Michael’s

Was not interested in any at home baking for this so ordered unfrosted cupcakes from @stopandshop with the frosting on the side. Grabbed some extra bakery takeaway containers for the cupcakes to get packed up and taken home after decorating.

There was plenty of frosting!

Scoured the supermarket for all things toppings- lots in the cake aisle but also found some great ice cream toppings to use and chocolate chips and chocolates in the candy aisle. Ordered a few sprinkles off Amazon also.

Got some fancy fondant and tools from Michael’s for a little something extra.

There was a bunch of frosting options and colors at Stop and Shop to decorate on top of the frosting layer.

And got some extra flavors for chocolate and strawberry icing.

Lots of kosher extras like these candy eyes and even edible glitter spray @stopandshop

Set it all out and let everyone get creative! An easy DIY birthday that is affordable and fun and was simple to pull together. by @fun.in.the.bc

You can pack it up like a pro and trick everyone into thinking you are a professional baker!

Bakery boxes are the perfect thing to keep on hand for a beautiful and practical way to send and share your home baked goods

I love love my personalized stickers from @theprintshoppe.nj and recommend you treating yourself to a stack to keep on hand as well to take your stuff up a notch! And shows that it is a box of cookies but it really was made with love in your home kitchen.

I filled these boxes with my usual brownie recipe and then halfway through baking I put a Kinneret frozen chocolate chip cookie round on top and finished baking for a brookie that looks so nice when cut up and boxed.

Funfetti sticks are always a big hit and I heard these were and they also look so beautiful in a box with the white chocolate drizzle. I made @saladsnsweets recipe and they are a must.

The boys are loving the Chinese yoyos right now and they are such a great toy for an older boy to play indoors or outdoors. When I had all my little kids and a little family I was actually worried for the next stage

When the babies got older and the kids started getting bigger

I loved the cute little kids and all of our fun together. The kids were all small and cute and loved doing everything we did.

Would I still love it when they got older?

Would I love it as much when the kids became the dreaded teenagers everyone warns about?

Nothing to worry about because teens are the best!!!! Teenagers get such a bad wrap but I really had nothing to worry about.

They don’t like taking pictures with me anymore and I definitely embarrass them but they still like me! They are becoming real people with real decisions and things are different as they get older but I truly love it all just as much with my teens.

They are so so funny and keep us all laughing. They are great. Their friends are great. They are learning and growing as well as we are right alongside them. And we get to have a family WhatsApp chat while we are doing it.

I love hanging out with them and now we get to do fun things I enjoy like going out to lunch or shopping or concerts. My built in bestie!

And the best big siblings to our not yet teens in the family.

Happiest of birthdays to the two who made me a mom and have been my best guinea pigs figuring it all out.

I loved every minute of it when they were young and loving every minute of it with them as they grow older. by @fun.in.the.bc

I did consider keeping it low key celebrating with just family during this very hectic time for a birthday. But I couldn’t really do that!! A Torah and Comedy Simchat Beit Hashoeva was the perfect party for Avi. Singing and connecting with Rav Moshe Tzvi Weinberg followed by comedy by @elicomedyagram and a cake that summed up Avi by @shaina_dubroff_cakes. In a sukkah filled with good friends and family. A great 40th Sukkot birthday! by @fun.in.the.bc
