👉 The statue stands firm, but the water always moves. That is the balance of somatic healing. 🌊

When we experience deep grief, our nervous system gets stuck in fight-or-flight. True recovery requires the ultimate grit: the courage to drop out of your head and into your body.

You have the strength of a fighter and the sacred might of a goddess. You are allowed to feel the weight, and you are allowed to let it flow through you.

How to reset your nervous system right now:

Lengthen your exhale.

Soften your jaw and shoulders.

Feel the ground beneath you.

💜💪🙏💜

Like dolphins dancing in the sea, take a deep inhale of breath, find joy in every little moment, and swim freely through life. Even when feeling burned out, exhausted - deep inside your heart wants to beat to it's own drum, your lungs want to expand fully, your mind wants to let go, and your soul wants to dance. 🤗🐬🌊 🤍

Mother’s Day without your mother hits a place words don’t fully reach.

Nurse's week when feeling burned out hits a place words don't fully reach.

So I moved instead.

Grief, memory, identity, exhaustion… all of it came up today.

So I let it move through me.

Not everything needs to be held.

Some things just need to be danced out!!!

Maybe we can't always talk with our partners our family, and friends about all what weighs us down- maybe we need someone neutral who will just listen - kind of like a sounding board. With Annette's Love, you get to fully be heard while you let it all out- I hold sacred space for you and then help you reset your nervous system- leading you back to your center! Helping you feel grounded and at peace.
