My WA trip continued:

After visiting the beauty of WA, I ventured down the coast back to my old stomping grounds in Pdx to reunite with my best friend from college @miaburtch and her beautiful family @christopherburtch , along with my sister @strawberrysheriff and her husband. We played, laughed, shared delicious food, and wandered through waterfalls and forests where the trees seemed to wrap their arms around us. 🌲💦

My heart is overflowing with gratitude—for this life, my friendships, my family, sisterhood, and the incredible beauty of Mother Nature. 🌎💚

These moments remind me just how sacred this life is and what a beautiful adventure it can be. ✨ taken in Portland, Oregon by @funbeam

Beyond the lush, mossy trees 🌲 we explored deep into the crevices of Mother Earth, where waterfalls flowed and negative ions nourished our bodies and souls.

All the way to the vast, sandy beaches, where trees cling to life—the Tree of Life taking on a whole new form. 🌿🌊

Along the way, we giggled, laughed, played, and rebirthed alongside my beautiful healing sisters. We picked blackberries, gathered local farm vegetables, hunted for elk and salmon, placed healing hands upon one another, and kayaked through the vast waters of Pachamama. ✨

Then I ventured down the coast to reunite with my best friend from college and her beautiful family, along with my sister and her husband. We played, laughed, shared delicious food, and wandered through waterfalls and forests filled with trees that seemed to hug you.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude—for this life, for my friends, for my family, for sisterhood, and for Mother Nature at her absolute finest. 🌎💚

What a beautiful reminder that life itself is a sacred adventure. ✨ by @funbeam

We’ve had a beautiful shift in our vision, and were so excited to share it with you.

Our Heal the Healers Retreat is now open to all healers—whether you’re just beginning your path or you’ve been holding space for others for many years.

If you feel called to help others heal, to bring more love into the world, or to deepen your own gifts, this retreat is for you.

Together we’ll spend several soul-nourishing days immersed in nature, reconnecting with ourselves and one another through yoga, movement, breathwork, dance, sound healing, energy work, meaningful connection, rest, and deep restoration.

This isn’t about how long you’ve been practicing or having all the answers. It’s about coming together as a community to refill our own cups, learn from one another, and remember that even those who hold space for others deserve to be held.

Whether you’re a yoga teacher, massage therapist, energy worker, coach, therapist, doula, bodyworker, holistic practitioner, or someone simply feeling called to a healing path—you are welcome here.
