Back-to-school season means one thing at FunBox: it’s time to fill some backpacks. 🎒💛

This August, we’re teaming up with our community to make sure local kids start the school year ready — with everything they need in their backpack, not just the essentials they’re missing.

Here’s how it works:
🎒 Donate ONE NEW backpack or NEW school supplies, worth $20 or more

🤩 Receive ONE FREE 90-minute Jump Pass for your family

Every backpack donated stays right here in our community, going directly to a local student who needs it. Small act, big impact — and a little bounce in the process. 😊

📅 Running August 1–31
📍 Drop off at FunBox Bowie 3861 Evergreen Parkway

Backpack and school supplies must be new, with a combined value of $20 or more, and accompanied by a receipt. Must include supplies (not just a single item). One free jump per qualifying donation, valid for a regular 90-minute session.

Need an indoor activity that will actually wear the kids out?

We spent the day at Funbox in Bowie Town Center, and the kids were ready to go back before we even made it to the parking lot. Think giant inflatable slides, obstacle courses, climbing areas, and plenty of space to run, jump, and burn off energy.

If you’re looking for family friendly things to do in Maryland, especially on a rainy day or when it’s too hot outside, this is one to add to your list.
