I’m just a normal guy from the Central Valley. I play guitar, shoot guns, drive my loud trucks too fast, love my wife, my dog is my second best.

First time making mini quiches, I went without a crust so more like a baked omelette? IDK, I don’t like eggs but the wifey does. I did 1 whole egg to 1 egg yolk. Bunch of cheese, cottage cheese, diced matoes, proscuttio, sautéed onions, sour cream, and some feta crumbles. About 330 for around 20 minutes. Sitting to cool now. I did with and without liners.

Any tips? Tricks? Ideas? Thanks by @funclechuck
