I'm thinking a lot about what distinguishes Art from Design, and I think that the design is in the material process and the intentional practice, while the art is in the more ephemeral sensory and emotional experiences that result from that process.
There is a certain kind of magic that happens when you pour your intentions into something as a way of expressing agency and establishing an identity that feels authentic to you. by @functional_pots
