I used to think not knowing my numbers meant I was bad at math…
But really? I just hadn’t been taught.

I didn’t start as a numbers person.
I became one out of necessity then found a way to make it feel good, grounded, and empowering.

I created a ritual and a rhythm that felt good to me.

I didn’t force the money or numbers to “work” instead I looked for clues that felt aligned, then integrated them into my life.

The numbers aren’t here to shame you.

And once I reconnected with clarity… I got my power back.

I wrote the book before I felt comfortable being seen as an author. 👉 What @createcultivate 2026 taught me about being SEEN 🙌

And sometimes putting yourself in a space with 4,000 other women gives you a really good reason to practice being visible.

It would have been easy to hide in a crowd that big. Instead, I carried the book. I talked about it. I took the photos in public (which felt way more vulnerable than it should have 😂). I let myself be seen with the thing I created.

Maybe becoming an author was writing the book.

But becoming comfortable being seen as one?
I’m still practicing that part.

Random thought from building with Ai today…

One thing I’ve had to get really comfortable with is admitting what I don’t know.

I’m building a lot with AI right now, and while I’m getting better every day, I’m definitely not a security expert. So I’m not going to pretend I am.

One thing I started doing that makes me feel so much better is ending every build with the same prompt: “Give me a security checklist. What should I verify before I trust this?”

It’s basically my version of “trust, but verify.”

AI is incredible, but it’s still just a tool. I think the best builders aren’t the ones who assume it’s always right they’re the ones who know where to slow down and double-check.

Anyway… just something that’s become part of my workflow that I thought I’d share in case it helps someone else. by @fundher_capital

Heads up world 🎙️ women are gonna start building some pretty incredible things with AI and I’m not afraid to be one of them.

A few years ago, I decided to dive into a historically, male dominated niche/industry (business finance)…

Ive never regretted it. Even today… I’ve heard: “you’re not smart enough to build things with AI. Nothing real or meaningful.”

I decided yes women can do these things too.
