Underrated double-play feed.
We don’t see middle infielders dropping to a knee for double play feeds very often.
Pros play on big league diamonds. True hops.
Most high school fields will tend to get more bad hops/inconsistent hops.
Going to a knee keeps you low and in front of the baseball. Less room for error.
Dropping to a knee should be routine for both shortstops and second basemen

Control your tempo. Infield play is a blue collar tool - the more we put in, the more we get out.

Taking more ground-balls is guaranteed to make you a better infielder.

The more hops you see, the more angles you take, the more reps you grind through - the better you get.

Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.

Rhythm + timing. Feet never stop moving
