POSTS STORIES REELS

BABY WE ARE SO BACK!!!!!

In two months we will host the 5th funkraiser at new headingley. If you love to dance and have a great time you should really come!!!

Epic DJs will be @themuddybrown @josephmills35 @benfrombradford @izzyrosemo 💋

We are fundraising for Kaleidoscope and hoping to make £1000 to support their small team so they can keeping doing their incredible work on the French border, supporting unaccompanied minors. These are young people who have been through some incredibly challenging situations and yet are forgotten and disregarded by the system. Kaleidoscope offers a safe place and support and activities for them to just be young people and it’s really fucking cool.

In light of recent deaths on the border in small boats and all the racist narratives and bullshit the media pump out, this night is all about coming together, supporting important work and bringing some joy back in a time of feeling hopeless. Hope to see lots of you there !!

We ask also if you can afford a tenner please get a ticket a bit more than the minimum so we can make as much as possible ♥️

We are also ticketing with @gighabit !!! An epic local company that ticket but with the booking fee put directly back into the local Leeds and Yorkshire music scene!! CMOOOON

Final big up for @mia.hylandparys1 for the poster n our epic model @organicpistachio by @funkraiserforcalais

Beautiful people! We are hosting our 3rd funkraiser on Friday 7th of Feb for the brilliant @calais_food_collective - keep it in ya diaries!

Big thanks to @benfrombradford for designing the poster this time and for @josephmills35 for joining the DJ team for our 3rd event❤️

See you all there for a night of dancing and soul! by @funkraiserforcalais

Tickets are live !

This event is ticketed by gighabit, a Leeds business that puts profits directly back into venues and the local music scene.

Please consider donating a few extra quid at check out to Kaleidoscope. We kept the tickets down so everyone can afford to come, but we’d love to make as much as possible for the epic young peoples charity in Calais. The organisation is run on majority volunteers and need every penny they can get to keep going.

We will be selling tickets online and on the door- capacity is 100 so tickets are limited !

The event will be 7-12pm with a potential informal after party♥️ by @funkraiserforcalais

WE ARE SO BACK BABY
Funkraiser is back on the 19th of October from MIDNIGHT with a new edition to the team- epic @themuddybrown and son🧡🧡🧡
This time it’s for Kaleidoscope @youthkaleidoscope an incredible grassroots organisation that specialises supporting young people living on the border. The situation in Calais is even more fucked than ever, with 12 people, including an 11 month year old and a pregnant woman dying in attempts to get into this country last month. Something like this event does not solve the problem obviously but instead of being crushed by hopelessness come down and be part of something that at least does something! COME GET INVOLVED AND DANCE WITH US 💋💋 can’t wait to be on the dance floor with u all soon xx by @funkraiserforcalais
