POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I posted a reel from my apartment, never expecting it to lead to this moment. But life has a way of surprising you when you put yourself out there✨

It still feels unreal to be noticed and appreciated by @ankurtewari , someone who has been a pioneer in the Indian Indie music scene. Huge gratitude to the entire @ghalatfamily - It was an honor to hear you live and share this song with you.

And to everyone dreaming from their apartment windows, keep creating and keep believing. You never know who’s watching or what doors might open ❤️

Special thanks to all those who pushed me to post music online :)

Mehfil Nights | July 15, 2023
Last month Mehfil Nights joined in supporting the newest form of Indie South Asian music which truly honors local and upcoming artists.
As @zubinchopra started the evening with his love mix with songs like Mora Saiyyan, we were pleasantly surprised by the originals by @musicbybleaf with @niranjan_mirashi supporting him in as a guitarist.

The evening climbed a new peak with @swarnimkhayal beautifully weaving an interplay of words love emotions into a poem and @vmonga55 sharing some of his childhood memories with mom worked into a poem. And then, @funskar ended the evening ended with mellow singing blended well with the dusk of Seattle.

We also had a post event session with Bollywood retro music by @vishaldarbari
