I went to the grand opening of Crispy Cones, and look how cute this place is! 🍦✨

If you’ve never had one, they serve soft serve inside a fresh, warm dough cone that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

I got the Strawberry Cheesecake, and look at this presentation! 😍 It was creamy, sweet, and so good.

Definitely add this to your DMV dessert list!

Peruvian food just hits different 🇵🇪🤌🏼❤️

Finally checked out Warike in Sterling, VA after loving their Manassas location, and it did not disappoint! 😍 Good portions, delicious food, desserts, and live music?! 🎶✨ And when they played Eva Ayllón… you already know I had to sing along 🤭🇵🇪

Whenever I’m craving anticuchos, Tita’s is one of my go-to spot! 😋😋😋

We ordered Combo 2, which comes with:
Anticuchos – Grilled beef-heart skewers
Pancita – Grilled beef stomach (tripe).
Rachi – Grilled beef tripe.
Picarones – Traditional Peruvian doughnuts made with squash and sweet potato, topped with sweet syrup.
Guaraná soda – A sweet, fruity soda made with guaraná, a fruit native to the Amazon.

My favorites are definitely the anticuchos and picarones! 🤤❤️

Tiny and I love nature, love going for walks, and love finding new spots to explore together! 🐾🌿 Burke Lake Park was a beautiful place for a walk, with peaceful lake views and a scenic 4.7-mile trail.

There’s also fishing, biking, picnic areas, and mini golf to enjoy. 🎣🚲🧺

📍 7315 Ox Road, Fairfax Station, VA
🕒 Open from sunrise to sunset
🎟️ Fairfax County residents don’t pay an entrance fee. Non-county visitors may pay $12 per vehicle on weekends and holidays through late October; weekdays are free.
🚂 The train and carousel are seasonal, so check current hours before visiting.

Who says adventure is just for kids?! 🧗‍♀️🤩💖

Took my nieces and nephews to @upultimateadventurepark in Ashburn, VA, and oh my goodness, we had SO much FUN! Haha! 🤩

From 36 themed climbing walls (my FIRST time rock climbing and the ropes course! 😅) to a ropes course, zipline, giant slides, massive air pillow, and arcade, there’s seriously so much to do!

Not gonna lie, I was a little scared at first, but I did it! 😂 One more thing checked off my bucket list! ✅
