I'm Jonathan, a trained architect.

I spent a decade designing spaces that shape human behavior. Now I'm testing whether digital third spaces can create real friendships.

Researchers call it the mere-exposure effect: friendships form through repeated, low-stakes contact.

Psychologists call it negativity bias: bad moments hit harder and stick longer than good ones.

One rude comment can outweigh ten compliments. (I know this, firsthand)

So the goal isn’t to think more positive thoughts. It’s to give the negative ones less room. 🧠

For some of us, that takes a lot of unlearning. But with practice, you can shift your identity.

🚨 I can call myself hot now. And I’m not worried you’ll disagree or think it’s cocky.

That took me over 30 years.

A trainer changed my body. Therapy helped my head. Surgeons fixed what I didn’t like. Doctors helped treat underlying issues. Executive training helped me get big job titles.

I’m my greatest project to date and I’m still not done.

Along the way I made lots of mistakes and built this program to help people struggling with self acceptance learn to love yourself.
