Been a rough few weeks, we lost our dog Vitez, it was terrible to watch, when one day, he just stopped walking, and he never got up again, been a week since my last gym session. One of the hardest things I've ever had to do was watch him decline, he was the sweetest pup, he looked big and bad, but he was really just a big baby, I'll see you again when I cross the BifrosT. Track is from the new Amon Amarth album The All Father Awakens, like this one a lot more than the last one, @amonamarth #legpress #love #megamonday by @furiousfelstorm

Well it's SundaY now, just getting around to posting, taking a closer look I was not spaced out correctly with my hands, so it made the pull a lot more difficult. I also did a good bit of down Reps as well, using some @metallica , and guess what, I really enjoy LoaD, and ReLoaD, lots of great tracks on them. GloriouS SylvnanaS Saturday my friends. Working on reclaiming my HeavY DeadS. Not to bad today at 470 for one, and down reps of 435 x 3 to finish it off, was pretty hard doing them in the same set. Glorious SylvanaS SaturdaY. DeaDLiftS for the dark lady. I decided to leave the music out, it's awesome sounds like ThundeR and shakes like an EarthquakE. Max wise I got 455 today progressing back to where I was but it's tough. Shotting for 465 or 475 next week. StaY METAL, and HaiL OdiN, ThoR, SkathI, and Yngvi FreyR my friends.

GloriouS SylvnanaS "SundaY. 405 here, made it to 435, lost alot of strength last 2 months. It's an endless cycle. I'm pushing myself again to reclaim what I've lost and then some. Then I did some down reps. Song by the great @fearfactory . I hope if any of you are having problems asleep for help, and try to push through. Asking for help is not weakness we all need a hand sometime. Stay METAL and HaiL OdiN, ThoR, Skathi, and Yngvi-Freyr my friends. #sylvanaswindrunner #fyp #deadlifts . by @furiousfelstorm

TotaL TýrsdaY my friends, still in awful MuspelheiM sweating my ass off and wishing I was back in Midgard (Wheeling) Sunday I return to GloriouS Land of my birth. Second day back after a week off, which for me is unheard of, but the rest actually helped, besides bench which I hate, I feel stronger on other excersises. It seems the planet fitness I used to go to, that was clean, orderly, and not very crowded, has succumbed to the "black Plague" lots of rude people, water fountains were down, really? At my local Planet if it's down they give free water to you, so I told them that, they gave it. Song is from my bro Par, his new band @scythikonband if you like Fear Factory you will like this. Stay METAL and HaiL OdiN, ThoR, Skathi, and Yngvi-Freyr my friends.
