Huge, thank you to Hendon's school for allowing Harriet and Anna to come and present to the parents and carers at their wellbeing coffee morning last Wednesday. They had a really great time interacting, meeting the staff, young people, and the parents and carers from the community. We are looking forward to collaborating with Hendon School this year. Keep following to see our school engagement this year

We visited a local care home and asked the residents one simple question: “What’s the best life advice you’ve ever received?”

Their answers were full of wisdom and honest reminders about what really matters in life.

Sometimes, the best advice comes from those who’ve lived it.
