🚨 A new retail-based development is coming to Downtown Brooklyn.

The iconic former Macy's building at 422 Fulton Street is being transformed into BKX, a mixed-use destination designed to redefine shopping, dining, entertainment, and hospitality in the heart of Brooklyn.

The project is being developed by United American Land, in partnership with Dreamscape Retail & Entertainment and The Jackson Group.

Spanning approximately 440,000 square feet, BKX will bring together flagship retail, chef-driven dining, immersive entertainment, hospitality, wellness, and cultural experiences all under one roof.

We love discovering more European retail concepts that have the potential to make a serious impact in the U.S. market. @icecreamunited feels like one of those brands.

The question isn’t if a concept like this could work in America.
It’s where. 🇺🇸

At La Villa Pizzeria, every slice is built on the fundamentals that made Howard Beach famous—a thin, crispy crust with just the right char, that unmistakable wood fired flavor, rich tomato sauce, and bubbling mozzarella that stretches with every bite 🍕 🔥
