Fussy thinks about her leaf-eating vegetarians too. 🌱🐈‍⬛

My mumma @honeyyjainguha_official is vegetarian, so Fussy had to make sure her vegetarian people were taken care of! ❤️

Here’s what’s on the menu for our veg-loving cats:
🥗 Kabocho no Nimono — our vegetarian salad
🥟 Edamame Mushroom Gyoza + Silken Tofu — two appetisers worth getting your paws on
🍜 Charred Nasu, Vegan Tan Tan + Miso Kinoko — plant-based bowls made for serious slurping
🌶️ Koko Thecha — our vegetarian thecha ramen, on the menu by popular demand!

Meat lover or leaf eater, Fussy has a bowl for you. 😉

Come hungry. Leave fussy. 🐈

So... this is what we’ve been quietly obsessing over for the last 60 days. 🐾

Turns out, all it took was one very opinionated stray cat to change the way we think about food.

What started as a daily visitor outside Oxymorons slowly became an idea. An idea that refused to leave us alone. Today, it’s finally coming to life as Fussy Ccat.

If you’ve ever had a cat, you’ll know—they don’t follow your rules. They have their own. Ours just happened to inspire an entire restaurant concept.

Now we have to ask...

Show us your fussy feline. 🐈👇
Drop a photo of your cat in the comments (or the neighbourhood cat that has unofficially adopted you). We’d love to meet the personalities that keep all of us humble.

And if you don’t have a cat, tell us the fussiest eater you know. 😼

Welcome to @fussyccat . More stories (and surprises) coming soon.

Some chefs make noodles. Chef Kalpesh makes it everyone’s problem until they’re perfect. 🍜🙂‍↕️

Store-bought? Not on his watch.

Flour. Water. A questionable amount of perfectionism. And noodles that better be worth the fuss.

Fussy Ccat. We’re not saying we’re extra. But our noodles are. 🍜

POV: the camera became everyone’s business at Fussy. 🐈‍⬛📹

Came for ramen, stayed for the plot. Everyone’s a main character here. 🫅

The cat got out of Begumpet to serve some curious cats. 🐈‍⬛🍜

15 guests. Personalised menus. Ramen. Flowers. Way too many cats. And absolutely no chill.

Because apparently, we don’t know how to not fuss over every little detail.

Exhausted. Feral. Very satisfied.

Think of the cat for your next soirée. Until then, Be a Fucking Fussy Ccat. Always. 🐈‍⬛

100 bowls. 5 slots. One very fussy team. 🐈‍⬛

From the first bowl to the last, the whole team put their heart, soul and a whole lot of slurping into making sure every ramen that left our kitchen was the best one yet.

The 100 Ramen Challenge was no small whiskers. And our cats absolutely showed up. 🍜🖤

Should we do another all day ramen bonanza?

When our co-founder said he was obsessed with this place, we set about decoding the 'why' behind it.

From our own lens, of course.

Koko Thecha ~ for you spice obsessed vegetarian cats 🐱🌶️

Silky coconut broth, a generous hit of thecha, smoky golden kothambir wadi — basically, Maharashtra walked into a bowl of ramen. 🍜

Vegetarians deserve a little drama too. 🐈‍⬛

A little thank you before the broth gets slurped, the noodles disappear and the bowl gets suspiciously clean.

Come hungry. Leave nothing behind.

Bookings open for the extra fussy ones. 🐱

Somewhere between Fussy closing and Oxy opening, there’s a whole lot that goes on. 👀

Setting up the bar, liquor costing, teaching sales reports, taking down curtains… basically, there’s no such thing as an “in-between shift.”

Just a bunch of cats keeping the circus moving…

And a bunch of morons moving in to set the tone for the night. 🍸
