This beauty has a birthday today 😍

The one:
Who carried and birthed me
Who still checks to make sure I made it home if I don't text
Who adopts our friends as her children
Who almost always has something for me when I see her
Who keeps up with our ministry schedule better than me most days
Who hugs me tight
Who never parts ways without "I love you"
Who is GONNA encourage me, no matter what
Who reminds me how proud she is, even when I don't feel the best
Who taught me that that when the party's over, it's time to CLEAN UP 🤣
Who uses her voice to advocate for others...

I really could go on...

@thebsydell is one of those people💪🔥💯 @thesproutconference was AMAZING:
1. The panels
2. The speakers
3. The activities
4. The food😮‍💨

Every detail matters and every person does too. She & her team took care of both with excellence, love and care🩷

I'm GRATEFUL to have served the beautiful women in attendance 🙏🏽

This year I turned 39 years, and obviously I'm not at the same place in life as this picture 😁...

Being the oldest AND only girl has taught me a lot about responsibility...

My parents never parentified me as a child, but I always felt this sense of duty, this need to make sure everyone else was good.

It's had its perks, but also its challenges...

One being, I learned to look out for others better than myself.

However, that has not served me as well in adulthood; I've healed through so much and I've learned a better way...

I've learned to INVEST in ME through:

Counseling
Mentorship and
Coaching

IT'S YOUR TURN
