This Valentine’s season, we’re exploring unconditional love-
not as a concept, but as a lived experience in the body.

Second Saturdays is a guided Vital Movement experience for adults,
where breath opens the body, music guides the journey,
and movement becomes a way to listen inward.

No choreography.
No performance.
No pressure.

This is a space to:
• release stress
• soften the nervous system
• reconnect with the heart
• move honestly, in your own way

No dance experience required.
No partner needed.
Just bring your body.
