Directors Note:
These puppets were made as a labor of love between two best friends as an homage to the late, great Jim Henson.

Created by hand over one night with hot glue and a couple of dreams, these two creatures now live as protectors and watch over our (Future First) office and remind us every day that no idea we have is out of reach.

Director: Sonnie Solace @4usolblue
Director of Photography: Anthony “Betex” Benitez @betex
Sound: Araceli Milian @araceli.mp4
Prop Master: Shelby Saldana @shelby_simulacrum
Puppeteer: Shelby Saldana @shelby_simulacrum

💥There are 2 big perks that come from building the first film production co-op in the Inland Empire. We get to work on cool sets and we get to do it together.🎬

📼After so much time building this production company, @future.1st is so thankful to be where we are now!

This sudden growth lit a fire under us to adapt and refine how we run our business.

We’re so excited to see where the future takes us, especially with the big plans we have on the horizon.🚀

🎥 @future.1st had a great time at @atlaslensco for Wednesday Lens Day!

We were able to meet a lot of like minded people while testing out lenses and getting to use the new Sony FX5.

Attending events like this really helps us connect with people in the film community, expand our network, and open up future opportunities.🚀

Thank you @sonycine and @atlaslensco for welcoming us💆🏻‍♂️

📸This July was one of our craziest months as a production company. We grew a ton really fast and this added some much needed pressure to adapt, maturing as a team.

We’ve had a lot of great opportunities to connect with other creatives, filmmakers, and co-ops since.

We hope to stay on this path and build more great things here in the Inland Empire.

See the Future First. 🚀

As a group of hungry, independent filmmakers, we’re working hard to keep our plate full.🍗🎬

Working with clients for shoots keeps us afloat, but just as important is managing our business as a whole.

With as much effort as we put into building this production company, we always have room for more.🚀

Biblically Accurate Filmmaker👁️👄👁️

At Future First, we’ve combined all of our skills to become the Ultimate Filmmaking Machine in the Inland Empire.

Being members of a film production co-op makes each of us a co-owner of not just our body, but the company as well.🚀

💥🎬Real indie filmmakers have day jobs (for now).

We’re building a film production co-op that uplifts our Inland Empire community through impactful storytelling and production jobs.

Meet Sonnie, one of our team members who reminds us to reach for our
“shooting stars” and enjoy the ride. Day job and all.
