Thank you Dr. Stadeker and staff! :)

Dentistry is consistently about improving your craft and learning everyday! It’s a blessing to be apart of such an amazing field!

Dentist and staff who work all day, yet provide a center for learning and growth for Dental professionals! It’s a true statement to your character!

I’m so grateful to my Dentist and hygienist who let me tag along :( My brain grows and grows because of you guys!

🔥

EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED ✔️

High blood pressure affects about 50-70% of African Americans. WHY?

Because we don’t take our health seriously, or we wait until the damage is already done. So many patients I see come in the office in their 70+ with health conditions and I can’t help but to think what were they eating, doing when they were my age? 😔 It really puts things into perspective

Hopefully this wakes us all up. Start small :) 1 fruit a day, some vegetables and a 15 minute walk.

FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

My shinny teeth and meeee 💓💓💕💗💞

Periodontal Disease is VERY REAL.

CATCH IT BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE 💯

$200 on a regular cleaning

Or $500+ on a deep cleaning? You pick.

Benefits to Salivary Testing 🔥

As a Chemistry scholar, to see the labs we did in GChem or even Analytical actually being put to use for the development of our overall health; it’s confirmation I’m exactly where I need 2 be <3

Super cool to see what technology can tell us! I can only imagine years from now …

Did you know dental care IS HEALTHCARE and much of it is therapeutic? 🆗

You’re consistently seeing a doctor to evaluate, prevent, and treat areas of your body that need attention.

Your smile is so important. The overall health of your teeth should be a top priority! 👍

A professional cleaning is RECOMMENDED every 6 months 🤓

When’s the last time you got your teeth cleaned? Have you ever received a professional cleaning?

🦷 EVEN A SMALL FILLING?

Yes! You may still have an out-of-pocket cost for a filling depending on your deductible, coinsurance, plan limitations, and remaining annual maximum.

Simply call and ask your insurance company :)

Think about the life you want in your 30s … 60s … 80s

I want a beautiful smile ❤️ even more I want to HELP YOU take better care of the one God blessed you with! by @future.sdrgreen

Brushing your teeth should be fun and relaxing! It’s not a race nor should it be painful :(

A year ago, I did not have that mindset. My oral health was not always my main focus (ifykyk lolll) There were days I struggled to brush, not because I didn’t know how … but life was um 😀😀

So I absolutely understand when someone says they were too sad to brush, or simply didn’t have the energy <3

Life is hard, the small things get overlooked. Now at least I’m TRYING to prioritize my overall health. I do still fall short some days, but it’s a better effort than last time 💯 by @future.sdrgreen

🩸 Blood is a visual sign from your body that something is wrong!

💊 Pain is a signal sent from your brain saying something is wrong. There is a difference.

Flossing DOES NOT have to be complicated! :)

I am learning that brushing your teeth does not reach under your gum line, food or bacteria can slip underneath! The purpose of flossing is to “clean” your gums ✔️ I’m not a professional but my Dentist tells me I’m doing a good job :)

1. Gently slide the floss between your teeth
2. Curve it into a “C” around each tooth
3. Move it up & down along the sides
4. Don’t forget the back teeth! 👀
5. Repeat every day 🫶🏽

We can work on it together <3 by @future.sdrgreen

How can I tell YOU to see a Dentist, if I don’t show you me going? :) :/

8 months in and I’m learning Dentistry is absolutely a form of art. It’s therapy, it’s hard work. It’s communication. It’s learning that mistakes will come, it’s your actions after, that will leave an impact and show growth.

Your oral health should be your top concern! Those small fillings turn into bigger problems years down the line. SAVE YOUR TEETH NOW ❤️

Lately, I’ve been trying to slow down and actually comprehend the decisions that I’m making. Every step should lead you closer to the finish line. Be still, Be smart and know that God has it handled ✔️

What a beautiful Sunday morning to give back to my community!

May 31, 2026 I was finally able to experience an office giving out FREE DENTAL CARE 🔥🔥 Youth Dentistry of Macon, partnering with Benevis offices welcome patients with no insurance, no problem!!!

Patients are able to receive a FREE cleaning, FREE X-rays, and FREE exam ✔️ If needed, patients will also receive restorative care if the Dentist on site has the resources to do so!

My whole life, I’ve heard of Dentist giving back but to finally witness it with my own eyes, is truly a blessing! Educating and motivating people of Macon to take care of their teeth!!

One day I’ll be back, as the Dentist though. Merch 💯👍 taken in Youth Dentistry of Macon by @future.sdrgreen

I never knew I could be a Doctor? Let alone be a successful black woman in this free world. Times are changing, I’m getting everything God has planned for me 🔥

To go from having all male doctors my entire life, to now striving to become one myself? It’s all the motivation. To know, ONE DAY, I could be the reason someone wants to help another human.

Kindness cost nothing, education carries generations man. I pray I can truly receive every piece of information God is trying to give me ✔️

Happy Friday kids!! 🔥

Today’s post is a little different. As I go through my “all things dental” notebook, I’m reminded just how precise my brain really is. I must write things out, draw and speak it out loud eight times before I finally grasp a concept. As an assistant is training, right now I’m trying to learn “set-ups” = instruments, materials a Dentist may need during procedures. This is not set and stone and technology within Dentistry changes constantly! So I’m learning lol :)

In my extra semester during undergrad I fell inlove with learning and discipline from my Navy Science 101 class. I truly want to understand the material I am reading or informing future patients about! I am a “geek” at heart, and I love to study 🤓 it’s a blessing to be smart!!!

Knowledge is power of course :)

🚨 DISCLAIMER 🚨 THESE ARE MY PERSONAL NOTES based off a basic Restorative Dental Setup. It is NOT to be used to study or teach dentistry. I am not a professional *Artist or Dentist :)* thank you <3 by @future.sdrgreen

From a student perspective—what does the Governor actually do?

• Appoints the 19 members of the Board of Regents (who then choose the Chancellor)
• Proposes the state budget, which impacts funding for colleges and financial aid
• Signs or vetoes laws that affect education, tuition, and student policies
• Declares emergencies and makes statewide decisions that can impact campuses

Leadership at the top still shapes your college experience—stay informed and go vote man 💯 by @future.sdrgreen
