What an incredible afternoon at Green Lane Recreation Ground in New Malden! 🏀⚽✨Today, we officially celebrated the opening of the recently refurbished Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), and the energy was absolutely electric!We were thrilled to welcome local school children, community members, and councillors to check out the fantastic new space, which features:All-weather surfacing (ready for play all year round!).Fresh line markings for basketball, netball, and mini-football.Brand-new hoops for basketball and netball.Square goal openings perfect for mini-football matches and target practice.A massive shoutout to the amazing team at the Future Rising Foundation for delivering an unforgettable basketball event from - they kept the vibes high and the crowd energised throughout the afternoon. 🎶The children had a blast taking part in basketball workshops which were followed by a fun mini-tournament.
