Another board account, except I’m weak and morally opposed to slopers.

Been feeling a bit off in my climbing for a sec, and have really been struggling to find proof of progress. I set this one about a month and a half ago when I first decided to go all in on improving my style with disregard to weaknesses. It felt limit when I set it, and I most certainly would have given it 13 if I’d done it then. Felt like soft 11 on my 3rd go today, but made me realize how much better I’ve gotten at this style. Somebody repeat this and tell me what to think… either way it was a nice burst of validation and a very fun climb.

Another cool validation of progress, felt limit 3 months ago. Didn’t feel limit anymore… day flashed mid warmup. Banger climb and decently my style. by @futurewatt_board

“lemon tech” v13 @ 50° on the Tension Board. @tensionclimbing #tensionboard #climbing #bouldering

Pretty sure I tried this one a couple months ago and couldn’t do one of the moves, felt pretty chill today. Climbing and grades do be funny like that, cool to see some validation of my progress, feeling leveled up atm. by @futurewatt_board

Anotha one I’d tried previously and felt hard but doable, felt extremely chill today. Second go, day flashed the top mid send. Banger classic. by @futurewatt_board

“Loose” @ 50° on the Tension Board. @tensionclimbing #tensionboard #climbing #bouldering #boardclimbing

Tried this one several times previously, felt limit and I ended up having to work individual moves to figure out tech for linking. Spent about 3 weeks working on joy and climbing on other boards (Quantum/mirror layout) came back and it felt relatively chill. The validation of progress and technical improvement is pretty cool on this one, it previously felt like the hardest tb2 climb I’d tried but did it third go so now I don’t understand grades again. @bigfilschalk for the dub on a warm/greasy board. Def a classic, super fun. by @futurewatt_board
