POSTS STORIES REELS

I've had a whirlwind of a past few weeks, my mom moved to Lisbon to finish her PhD 🇵🇹, and I moved with her, they only let her know she got in on September 15th!
(Pictured: Welsh terrier outside university building sitting on the Neon element of a periodic table that is painted on the ground. Smiling up at his human)

People might not know that I got my assistance dog certification in 2025 (I did! I passed! - in Europe this does exist, unlike the US. My mom was nervous to share and celebrate on Instagram... so she never did). That doesn't mean I'm a robot or always have Instagram-worthy moments, I have a personality, I'm me. There's hiccups. But I'm here to support my mom. I started alerting to her allergy when I was a little pup (I'm smart!), and have since learned some more tasks and worked through public access requirements. We are always working on things and improving, but the important thing is to maintain training. And I do, because treats are TASTY 😋 😋

I LIKE working on campuses. It excites me when I get to put my vest on, and I think students are fun to be around. I'm naturally curious and adaptable, I love new environments, I love novelty.

We did have a hiccup our first week in Portugal when a man pulled a whole skinned sheep out over my head in Martim Moniz (what even was that?!?) and I think the sheep will always be in my nightmares chasing me. But we are working through that again. (How do you even train for a skinned sheep carcass appearing in mid air on a sidewalk?...)

...I don't like dead skinned sheep, or men carrying them. Ew!!!

But I think I like it here. So many people want to say hi to me and there's a lot of new smells and things to do!

Also I've seen an osteopath for a massage 😇 and been to the v word

Yours truly, Mosfet the assistance dog, and maybe the only Welsh Terrier certified as one (even if plenty of Airedales are - so, should anyone really be surprised? We're even smarter than them... And a few smooth fox terriers and Wheaten terriers also do the job!) by @fuzzymosfet

Open the (fridge) door for AKC trick dog intermediate... My mom wonders if this is valid filming or if anyone who does the trick dog videos can chime in? (Besides the fact that the male human's kitchen is not befitting of my esteemed bloodline). Hard to fit human in the kitchen and show her as part of it. #trickdog #akctrickdogintermediate #akctrick and yes I could get in soooo much trouble with this trick!! 😈 😉

All my trick videos coming soon ✨✨ by @fuzzymosfet

I PASSED MY CGC (AKC canine good citizen) today with only a little mock test right before heading to Home Depot for the test ✨ (haven't done a group class although I passed a PAT in Europe)
Officially a good citizen 😁

My human is very proud of me.

CGCU next!

Here is a picture of me earlier this week while my mom was bouldering

Here's to inspiring other #welshterriers that it can be done by @fuzzymosfet

Some recent bits of fun:
1) on a regular 5km jog with my human, she needs to keep up
2) the beard in leaf trick always gets me the treats
3) I got a new bed! The store said something about it being big when they saw me. What? I am big ... Finally room to spread out.
4) ah the smells... All mine 🐾

My mom says soon we are leaving Stockholm and moving somewhere else by @fuzzymosfet

The resemblance is uncanny, I thought... by @fuzzymosfet

I tore the base of my dew claw or I prefer "wolf claw" in the forest today on the way to some of those rocks the humans climb. At first the humans didn't know what was wrong, I was limping and they didn't see what caused it after checking my paw. But the third time they checked I had blood. I mean, I wasn't being dramatic this time, I swear! I didn't even feel it at first, I was doing my best barkour run in months!

My mom had just done that terrible thing last night where she has me upside down snipping away at my precious beautiful nails, telling me to be still, while she feeds me cheese, she was muttering something about how could it have been long and caused this?

It still hurts a bit but the makeshift bandage she gave me in the woods made it feel a little better and I got more cheese and treats. That always helps. but the other human, the fun one who never tells me no, was on the phone with the vet and they said something about me having to wear something at night so I don't lick my foot. Can you believe it? They don't trust me?

... Any dog know how long it takes the "wolf claw" to grow back once you tear it? I don't want to be less wolf... I want to be more wolf! 😩😭🐺

Also, does it keep hurting whenever you're not distracted by cheese or smells... Or does it start to feel better after some days? Help a dog out by @fuzzymosfet

Well I didn't get to pee on as much stuff in New York City as I wanted because my human had strep throat and had to delay a family trip for antibiotics (doctor ordered 24 hours then could travel and not contagious... Ugh most boring time of a dog's life, sick humans) but I got to meet my cousin dog and annoy him a bit. I had to walk on all this obnoxious stuff my human says is called salt, irritated my perfect paws, but I also smelled some really great smells over by whatever it is my human kept making me sit for pictures at

Last weekend was my birthday! I got to go to dog island, this island dogs roam free on surrounded by a moat ... and play (humans say "harass"... 🙄... Whatever they don't know what play is!) with lots of dogs! I tried to chase some giant Borzois and made sure everyone knew how fearsome #terriers are 😁

Human mom made me peanut butter carrot apple cookies with cream cheese frosting. I thought those were worth actually sort of acting like I knew recall. I mean, I do. I just don't always think it's important. Have to have priorities you know?

Afterwards we went to one of those traditional Swedish crayfish parties. Or that's what the humans said it was. Yea right I know it was totally a surprise birthday party for me. How nice of the humans! But then they didn't let me eat any of the food? What???

I like to call this one "everything the light touches...will soon be mine"... ☀️😛
I loved the Lion King as a puppy! I barked along to the songs. This was at the start of the journey to Norway, close to the border. You can see the mountains in the distance :)
I don't mind sleeping in the van at all actually.

Finally got my account back! Have a lot of adventures to catch everyone up on!
Here I am enjoying a beach in Lofoten while on a campervan trip with the hoomans

Nothing is quite like the feeling of sand in the paws and a breeze in the beard ⛱️ 🌬️ 🐾 😛

I'm training to be a gymnast ✨!
What do you think of my somersault flip?
How many 🦴 would you give it?

Sound on for my happy panting as I run! ❤️
