Progress > instant gratification.

This series shows what happens when treatments work together, not in isolation (view top to bottom, left to right for progression):

• Lip filler for balance (not volume overload)
• Tox for muscle harmony
• Microneedling with skin boosters and an eye peel to improve skin quality
• Radiesse to stimulate collagen and restore support

Aging and environmental damage is multifactorial so your treatment plan should be too.
Results like this come from trust, consistency, and a long-term vision, not trends. Total value invested $4560. Number of appointments 4.

ZOOM IN 🧐 Hardworking hands deserve a little restoration, too.

Our hands are constantly exposed to environmental stressors, frequent washing, and daily wear-often revealing changes in skin texture, hydration, and pigmentation before we realize it.

These results are from just ONE session of Mesoject Infusion Therapy, focused on restoring hydration, improving radiance, and supporting healthier-looking skin.

✨ Notice the difference:
• Brighter, more even-looking skin tone
• Improved appearance of fine lines and crepiness
• Smoother, more hydrated skin texture
• A refreshed, healthier-looking glow

The science behind the subtlety: Mesoject uses electroporation technology to enhance the delivery of targeted skincare ingredients, supporting hydration and improving the appearance of dull, environmentally stressed skin.

Because rejuvenation shouldn’t stop at the face 😉

This is why I do this work… Mental health TRIGGER WARNING 🫶🏼

Beyond the number on the scale or the changes we see, my purpose has always been to support the whole person.

Sometimes those seeking weight management or skin support are carrying so much more than we realize.

With her permission, I’m sharing a patient’s story that beautifully reflects why this work matters.

In her words:

“Becoming a mom again, I knew it would be hard. But I didn’t know how hard finding myself again would be.

When postpartum depression hit, I felt stuck. I questioned how I could feel so unhappy when I had a new baby. I felt embarrassed for even feeling that way.

A year went by, and I felt like I was swimming in the ocean, just paddling to stay afloat. My relationship with my partner was on the edge, but my relationship with myself was hanging on by my fingertips.

Through reconnecting with God, I began realizing my thoughts didn’t define who I was as a mom, wife, or friend.

At the beginning of this year, I made myself a promise.

I would make time for myself. Fuel my body with good foods. Move more. Prioritize nutrition, hydration, vitamins, and rest.

Not just to look healthy, but to feel healthy on the inside.

I’ve now lost 50 pounds, and yes, that’s amazing. But what’s even better?

I’m smiling more. Cooking again. Enjoying new things. Spending time with my family.

I’m excited to decorate for Christmas and make family traditions again. Things that felt so hard these last two years.

I’m finding joy in my life again.

If you feel lost or alone, remember you’re not alone. Postpartum depression is real, and you never truly know how it will affect you.”

Her transformation is so much more than 50 pounds. It’s rediscovering joy, confidence, and herself.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting her weight management and skin health, but the commitment and progress are hers.

This is The Science of Subtlety™.

Seeing the whole person. Honoring their story. Supporting their confidence with intention and compassion.

Because the most meaningful transformations aren’t always the ones we can see. And it is an honor to be a part of your support 🥹 by @fwlizdiane

✨ Lounge with Liz | Let’s Talk About Your ECM

We talk a lot about collagen in aesthetics, but what about the environment that supports it?

Meet your extracellular matrix (ECM)- the intricate network of collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, and other molecules that surrounds your skin cells.

Think of it as your skin’s biological support system. 🧬

Your ECM does so much more than provide structure. It influences cellular communication, hydration, elasticity, and tissue repair.

As we age, cumulative UV exposure, oxidative stress, and inflammation can disrupt this environment, contributing to changes in skin firmness, texture, and resilience.

So how do we support it?

✦ PROTECT | Daily SPF helps minimize UV-induced collagen breakdown.

✦ STIMULATE | Retinoids and thoughtfully selected treatments can encourage collagen production and remodeling.

✦ DEFEND | Antioxidants help protect against oxidative stress.

✦ HYDRATE | Hyaluronic acid and barrier-supporting ingredients help maintain a healthy skin environment.

✦ REPAIR & MAINTAIN | Consistent skincare, adequate nutrition, and individualized treatments support long-term skin health.

This is why I love working with ZO Skin Health, Epicutis, and Hydrinity. Each offers formulations that can support different aspects of skin health, from antioxidant protection and barrier function to hydration and renewal.

Healthy skin isn’t just about producing more collagen. It’s about supporting the environment where your skin cells function.

That’s the science behind my approach to subtle, intentional rejuvenation.

✨ What if we started treating skincare as a ritual rather than a routine?

For me, skincare is more than applying products morning and night. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with my body, and pay attention to what my skin is communicating.

My routine is rarely identical from one day to the next.

I consider my skin’s current needs, hormonal fluctuations, stress levels, inflammatory responses, and even the weather and changing seasons before deciding what it needs.

Some mornings are simple. Some evenings involve several intentional steps. And sometimes, the most beneficial thing I can do is give my skin a little less.

My facial rituals may include:
✨ Double cleansing
✨ Exfoliation when needed
✨ Toning and hydration
✨ Targeted breakout treatments
✨ Antioxidants and vitamin C
✨ Brightening treatments
✨ Retinol and growth factors
✨ Daily SPF protection

And my body receives the same attention.

My body care rituals include:
✨ Exfoliation
✨ Nourishing body emulsions
✨ Growth factor treatments
✨ Lipid-replenishing body care
✨ Occasional glycolic acid treatments

But here’s what I want you to understand: You don’t need every product, every day, to have healthy skin.

Your skin is a living, responsive organ. Its needs evolve with your internal environment, external exposures, and the natural aging process.

Learning when to stimulate, when to nourish, when to protect, and when to simply support your skin barrier is where thoughtful skincare begins.

After years of studying skin and treating patients, I’ve come to appreciate that the ritual itself is just as meaningful as the products we choose.

It’s a few moments of intentional care in a world that constantly asks us to give our attention elsewhere.

Your skincare should feel like something you do for yourself, not another task you have to complete. 🤍

I’m curious: Do you approach your skincare as a ritual, or does it still feel like a checklist?

One treatment is a treat.
A series is a treatment. ✨

One facial can give you that immediate glow, but consistency is what supports long-term skin health.

Regular in-office treatments paired with intentional at-home care work together to help:

♡ Improve skin texture and tone
♡ Support collagen and healthy skin aging
♡ Strengthen the skin barrier
♡ Maintain hydration and radiance
♡ Enhance and prolong your treatment results

Your skin deserves more than an occasional reset. It deserves a routine that evolves with your skin’s needs.

Advanced treatments. Intentional home care. Consistent results.

And don’t forget — your self-care time matters, too. Take a moment to pause, reset, and restore.
Your skin (and your nervous system) will thank you🤍

IT’S MICRONEEDLING DAY!

There’s a reason SkinPen has become one of our favorite tools for skin health at Liz Diane Aesthetics.

Your skin is your body’s largest organ, and its ability to repair, regenerate, and maintain structural integrity deserves attention well beyond the face.

That’s why we LOVE SkinPen. 💙. Comment below what your love note to SkinPen would be!

As an FDA-cleared microneedling device, SkinPen creates controlled micro-injuries that stimulate the skin’s natural wound-healing response, supporting collagen and elastin remodeling.

And the beauty of microneedling? Its versatility.

From the face, neck, and décolleté to the abdomen, arms, thighs, and other areas of the body, microneedling can be incorporated into individualized treatment plans to support:

✦ Improved skin texture and quality
✦ Collagen and elastin remodeling
✦ The appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
✦ The appearance of certain scars
✦ Overall skin rejuvenation

Treatment suitability, expected benefits, and FDA-cleared indications vary by area and concern.

We believe skin health is a long-term investment, and consistency matters more than any single appointment.

AND NOW, YOUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SKIN CAN BE REWARDED! 🎁

With the NEW REVA Rewards program, eligible SkinPen treatments can earn rewards, giving you something back for investing in healthier skin.

Because caring for your skin should feel as rewarding as the results you’re working toward.

Your care begins long before you sit in my treatment chair 🫶🏼

Once you schedule your appointment, please keep an eye on your email for your medical intake forms, informed consent documents, and any applicable treatment updates.

I know paperwork isn’t the most exciting part of your visit, but every question serves a purpose.

Please be thorough and honest when sharing your medical history, even if something doesn’t seem relevant to your appointment.

I carefully review your medical conditions, surgical history, medications, supplements, allergies, and previous treatments. I look for potential relationships between your overall health, the concerns you’re experiencing, and your aesthetic or wellness goals.

This information helps me identify possible contraindications, assess treatment-related risks, recognize when additional medical evaluation may be appropriate, and individualize your treatment plan.

My priority is always to protect your health, minimize avoidable risks, and support the safest, most effective outcomes possible.

Accurate documentation and informed consent are essential components of safe medical practice, professional accountability, and protecting both patients and my nursing license.

And on a more personal note?

Completing your forms before your appointment means less time spent on administrative tasks and more time for us to catch up, discuss your goals, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and cared for.

Your health is not static, and neither should your medical record be.

Thank you for trusting me with your care and for understanding that the details truly do matter.

Your stress doesn’t stay in your mind. Your body experiences it, too.

Chronic stress can influence your nervous system, immune regulation, inflammation, fascial tension through muscle guarding, and tissue recovery-all important considerations when planning aesthetic treatments.

Before your next appointment, consider how you’re supporting your body’s ability to heal:

• Prioritize restorative sleep and adequate nutrition.
• Stay hydrated and incorporate gentle movement.
• Support nervous system regulation with intentional rest and stress management.
• Communicate changes in your health, medications, sleep, or stress levels.
• Consider postponing elective treatments if you’re ill, significantly depleted, or struggling to recover.

Stress doesn’t automatically mean poor results, but your physiological state deserves consideration when choosing the right treatment and timing.

Before we ask the body to regenerate, we should consider what the body is already working to manage.

The most meaningful part of what I do isn’t always something you can see in a before & after…

It’s hearing that someone feels supported, empowered, and genuinely cared for throughout their journey.

Skin health and facial rejuvenation are deeply personal. Every treatment begins with listening, understanding your goals, and creating a thoughtful plan that respects your individual anatomy, biology, and timeline.

Beautiful results matter. How you feel along the way matters just as much.

I’m incredibly grateful for the trust my patients place in me and for the opportunity to combine science, artistry, and human connection every day.

This is The Science of Subtlety™ in practice.

With gratitude,
Liz ❤️
