Time for tea?

The cutest little vintage brass tea caddy. Originally intended to measure out just the right amount of loose leaf tea, it would also work as a spoon or teabag rest.

These brass tea scoops were highly popular as travel souvenirs and novelty giftware predominantly through the 1930s-1950s.

I actually can't decide if I prefer it for it's intended use or displayed on the wall with a tiny bit of blu tack. What would you do?

For those of you who don't know, I got a late ADHD diagnosis last December and I am currently considering whether to do an Autism assessment too after a life time of mental health struggles.

Fynd is my happy place and a business I have found so much joy in building over the last two years (vintage hunting = dopamine = happy ADHD brain) so I'm a little terrified to have turned off my ads, closed the website, and decided to take a few weeks off social media.

While the website will reopen on the 8th, I will be back properly towards the end of August with a ton of incredible new stock, a generous discount to say thank you for your patience, and hopefully renewed energy and capacity to take this little business baby of mine to the next level.

Please don't forget about me until then 🙏❤️

I think one of the most underrated vase shapes has to be the basket vase, sometimes called a bucket or posy vase. They really come into their own at this time of year, perfect for rambling garden roses, freshly picked sweet peas and little posies of wild flowers from the garden.

I currently have these four vintage ombré studio pottery vases on the website and, to celebrate this simple and often overlooked shape, I have added an automatic 15% discount which will apply at checkout. Which, in my opinion, makes them feel like such a bargain for beautifully hand crafted pieces with so much character and charm.

A collection of one-of-a-kind hand embroideries, stitched by me and housed in carefully sourced vintage brass frames. Inspired by lucky charms, everyday treasures and a touch of whimsy, the collection features horseshoes, four-leaf clovers, cherries, lucky boots, dice, croissants and sweet sentiments designed to bring a little joy to your walls.

Each piece is hand embroidered using cotton thread on linen and framed in a unique vintage brass frame. Perfect displayed alone, styled on a shelf, or woven into a gallery wall, these small treasures are designed to add character, charm and a little luck to your home.
